High-intensity intervals designed to push your heart rate and burn through energy fast. Mix of bodyweight drills, kettlebell work, and cardio stations. Beginners: go at your own pace, the format accommodates all levels.

Move with intention.
Four formats: flowing Vinyasa for strength and flexibility, slow Yin for deep tissue release, Box Hatha blending breath and boxing movement, and Stretch & Restore for active recovery. Complete beginners through to regular practitioners.

Core. Posture. Control.
Mat-based Pilates focusing on core stability, spinal alignment, and controlled movement. Gentle enough for anyone returning from injury, specific enough to challenge experienced practitioners.

Punch your cardio into shape.
Non-contact boxing drills building coordination, power, and cardiovascular fitness. Adult Box Fit is open to all. Junior Boxing (ages 5-12) runs in dedicated slots. No boxing experience needed.

45 minutes. Full body. Out the door.
A structured full-body session combining strength work and conditioning. Fast-paced, coach-led, and designed to keep you moving for the whole session. The coach scales movements on the spot.

Strength-focused classes, specific results.
Targeted resistance-training classes using barbells, dumbbells, and bands. Muscle Pump is a full-body barbell workout. Booty Builder targets glutes and legs. Clear, specific — you know exactly what you're working.

Train with purpose, in your own space.
A dedicated session on the gym floor: the full dumbbell rack and equipment, exclusively for women during that slot. Same quality, a room that's entirely yours. Runs as a regular weekly slot.
